Let us introduce you to BED Changkian, a modern hotel in Chiang Mai. First of all, this quirky hotel is located in the Chang Puak District of Chiang Mai. It’s perhaps a little away from the main street called Nimman. However it’s really nice to be tucked away and enjoy the views of lush greenery. A great perk of the BED chain is you can access the sister hotel BED Nimman. For example you can use their pool and eat their free ice lollies. The hotel has a really cool concept meeting the needs of busy travellers looking for a place to simply have a great sleep at night. So forget all the thrills, this hotel just provides exactly what you need. The minimalistic black and white interior creates a really modern, clean-cut and relaxed vibe. The space includes an indoor/outdoor social spot where they serve complimentary breakfast. BED also has huge fridges on each floor filled with complimentary water bottles. The name of the hotel says it all but the hotel really is about creating the perfect place to unwind and get a great sleep after a busy day. The beds are of course worthy of the hotel name. The beautiful view of the green landscape and mountains is an extra surprise.

Finally the food is to die for. You will look forward to this fresh Thai breakfast every morning. The complimentary breakfast consists of banana leaf parcels of meat. They change it up each day but one thing that stays the same is the incredibly delicious Pa Thong Ka. Pa thong ka is a deep fried donut which comes served with sweetened condensed milk and is possibly the best thing you will ever taste.
